Patients with Medicare cards (usually Australian residents) will have no out-of-pocket costs for standard appointments with Bulk Billing GPs in most cases, as it will be billed directly to Medicare.

We cater to families, pensioners, and busy professionals while welcoming all new and returning patients. There is an array of allied health services conveniently located nearby, including, pharmacy, podiatry, physiotherapy, chiropractic, and dental services.
As a bulk billing practice, we offer bulk billing to all patients holding a valid Medicare card for all Medicare-eligible procedures. This means no out-of-pocket cost for most general consultations.
As of the 1st of January 2019 we will be making some changes to our billing policy. Patients will incur an out of pocket cost for minor procedures, contraceptive implants and removals, ear syringing and injections. Those patients with a medicare card may be eligible for the rebate. Your doctor will discuss costs with you prior to your procedure.
Conveniently located in the Hyperdome Shopping Centre, we welcome those who live or work in Tuggeranong and surrounding areas, such as Greenway, Oxley, Monash. Isabella Plains and Richardson. There is ample parking available onsite for those who prefer to drive.
We are open 7 days a week, with after-hours appointments available every weekday. Specifically, our hours are from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please note, you must call our reception staff for consultations involving the following. We will not take online bookings, as these must first be seen by our nurse, and/or carry an out-of-pocket cost:
- Any type of injection,
- Any type of procedure, including ear syringing,
- Wound review,
- Suture removal,
- Dressing, or
- Paperwork to be filled out by the doctor.
