Sherrida completed her diploma in Remedial Massage at the Australian institute of Fitness in 2016, achieving the Healers award Sherrida's passion for massage has never stopped her loving her job. Sherrida is motivated to continue learning and develop her skills with the team at Mead Physio Group. In addition to providing the highly popular relaxation massage Sherrida also practices Dry Needling, deep tissue massage, hot stones, sports, taping, rehabilitation, stretches, and pregnancy massage. Sherrida has worked with many sporting club including basketball, AFL and soccer. Sherrida has lived in the Perth Hills all her life, she loves to travel, play soccer and catch up with friends
