Overview
Haruka has completed both a Bachelor of Health Science and a Diploma of Remedial Massage. She has years of experience working in prestigious 5-star Hotel Spa’s including, Jackalope Hotel Spa and The Langham Hotel Spa. She has also worked for Endota Spa.
Besides working as a Remedial Massage Therapist, Haruka is also currently completing her Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy, understanding that prescriptive exercises are an important addition to massage for many conditions.
Haruka uses techniques such as Trigger Point Technique, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), MFR (Myofascial Release), Cupping, Dry Needling, Stretching, Soft Tissue Manipulation, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Relaxation Massage. She treats a variety of health conditions such as musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, back and neck pain, injuries, shoulder issues and many more. Haruka thoroughly enjoys working with her clients to improve their overall quality of life.
