During this important consultation, the Clinical Assistant will engage in a detailed discussion to gather vital information about your overall health, medical history, and specific concerns.

Additionally, you will receive a pathology form to facilitate any necessary diagnostic tests. With a clear understanding of your healthcare needs, the Clinical Assistant will work diligently to accommodate your preferences and promptly book your appointment with your chosen practitioner. The initial consultation fee at Brickworks Medical Clinic is $137, and it's important to be aware that this fee does not qualify for a Medicare rebate. As part of our streamlined process, we kindly request that all new patients complete the online new patient form when scheduling their appointment. This form serves as a crucial part of your patient profile and ensures that your phone consult is efficient and tailored to your specific healthcare needs.
