Callum trained in Southampton in the UK and has been practicing in Western Australia for 11 years. He has both UK and Australian qualifications.
Callum's research has been in Clinical Nutrition, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and Coeliac Disease. His research degree (MD) investigated nutritional supplementation and inflammatory response in acute pancreatitis and critical illness.

Callum lives in Cottesloe with his three kids and two dogs and goes to the beach whenever he can.
