Dr Croft graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1990 and directly spent several years gaining various hospital based experience here in Perth. Dr Davies completed her medical degree in 1990 at the University of Tasmania, and then completed her General Practice training in Melbourne becoming a Fellow of the Royal College Of General Practitioners in 1997. Before settling in Perth in 2002 she worked in the United Kingdom and Tasmania in areas of Women’s Health and General Practice. She has a particular interest in preventative medicine, women and children’s health, dermatology and asthma. Outside of medicine she enjoys listening and playing classical music including singing and watching sport (especially when her sons are participating!) as well as escaping to the bush and exploring the remote areas of WA with her family.

Chris set up the practice 20 years ago, asides from managing the practice he has special interests in: Aviation Medicine; Occupational Medicine; Musculoskeletal Medicine; Colposcopy. Chris is also trained to insert the Implanon contraceptive device

Fiona trained and practiced in SA before moving to Perth in 2010. She is a very experienced GP with extended training in woman's and child health.

That done I travelled around the world and in 1990 ended up in Perth for the windsurfing. I was young enough for that to be a good enough reason to stay, not that you need a reason to stay in Perth. I now have a beautiful wife and family. I try to practice what I preach and believe in a healthy work-life balance.

Dr Charl du Plessis obtained his medical degree in South Africa in 1996 and immigrated to Australia in 2006. He practiced in a number of cosmetic clinics in South Africa & has continued to enjoy cosmetic practice in WA. Dr du Plessis is passionate about delivering the highest level of service.

Dr Agatha Gabriel is very experienced female GP ,who specialises in all aspect of general practice and she has special interest in women’s and child health.

I enjoy challenging myself and setting myself new targets each year. These generally involve climbing increasingly bigger mountains (literally)! As such, I’ve had wonderful experiences trekking for pleasure, as well as working as an expedition doctor on a number of trips to Nepal and Europe.

After undertaking further work and studies in Orthopaedics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, I finally “found” general practice. After completing my Fellowship in General Practice, I was inspired to undertake further education at the University of Bristol where I completed a post graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning for Health Professionals.

I have recently become very interested in the latest research relating to the treatment of diabetes and obesity, and this has led me to study further the importance and benefits of nutrition. This interest has involved travel to the UK where I have met a number of important researchers, including Dr. Michael Mosely. Dr Romi Gordon graduated from UWA in 2010. She has previously worked at KEMH and has interests in all aspects of women’s health – sexual health, contraception and antenatal care. She is trained in Implanon insertion and removal. Romi also has a particular interest in mental health and strongly believes in a biopsychosocial model of health.

I was born and raised in Ireland and completed my medical degree at Trinity College Dublin in 2000.

I moved to Australia in 2002 and enjoyed working in the hospital system in specialties including general medicine, aged care, emergency medicine and obstetrics and gynaecology.

I was accepted into the Rural General Practice program and worked in Moora, Mandurah and Lancelin before completing my GP training in 2009.

Dr Ben Harrison graduated from Macquarie University in 2005 and has worked at Leederville Chiropractic Clinic since 2008. Dr Harrison is currently completing his degree in Medicine at the University of Notre Dame. As a result he has very limited hours of practice, but enjoys it so much, he has persisted. Ben is an excellent chiropractor, with a particular interest in functional neurology.

I am a graduate of the University of Western Australia, and spent my early years at Royal Perth Hospital gaining invaluable experience. After travelling and working in Adelaide and the UK, I returned home to Perth to complete my GP training.

Over time, I have developed special interests in women’s health, paediatrics, and mental health, but I enjoy most fields within the wide spectrum of general practice. I completed a Diploma of Child Health at Princess Margaret Hospital (always helpful when one has children of one’s own), and I continue to enjoy attending lectures on a wide range of topics to ensure my knowledge base is current with best-

Dr Jenny Ho is currently away on leave. She is expecting a baby later this year and is planning to return to Central City Medical Centre in 2017. We wish Dr Ho all the best with the new baby and we will keep you updated on her expected return to work in 2017.

Jenny graduated from UWA in 2005 and in 2010 she obtained her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners where she is a current clinical examiner. Jenny has completed both a Diploma of Child Health and the Vocational Graduate Diploma of Women’s Health in 2008. Jenny is interested in all aspects of patient care, with particular interest in Women’s Health and Paediatrics.

I learnt early on that General Practice was my passion. I am approachable and friendly and love getting to know my patients and their families. General Practice allows me to understand them as a person and not just a medical problem. I believe this is integral to providing effective, patient-centered care.

I grew up in Perth and attained my Medical degree in the University of Western Australia.

I trained locally in RPH, SCGH, KEMH, PMH , Bentley Hospital and spent 6 months working in Cottage Hospice.

Kate graduated from UWA in 2011 and completed her internship and residency at Fremantle Hospital. Kate has a special interest in sports medicine and health promotion though exercise, nutrition and weight loss and was team doctor for the Perth Demons Football Club in the WAFL for the 2013/14 seasons and currently works as ringside doctor for Boxing...

Having spent several years in rural medicine, Mathew has extensive General Practice experience but has particular interests in Paediatrics, Obstetrics, Cardiology, Palliative Care and Pain Management. He also is trained to insert the Implanon contraceptive device. One morning a week he assists Professor Rukshen Weerasooriya in performing catheter ablation for Atrial Fibrillation sufferers.
