If you or your family need a doctor after hours, when your regular GP is closed, NATIONAL HOME DOCTOR SERVICE can help. We are Australia’s largest network of after hours doctors, with a team of doctors across Australia providing bulk billed, after hours care to patients at home and in aged care facilities. Once you book a doctor, it usually takes between 2-3 hours for the doctor to arrive at your home. The doctor will send a clinical report to your GP the following day, so they are kept in the loop. And the home visiting doctor has starter packs of commonly prescribed medications, so in many instances, you can start treatment immediately.

Our service provides the community with access to urgent medical care at night, on the weekends, and on public holidays, whenever your regular GP is closed. Our doctors are on the road from:

6pm every weeknight 12 noon Saturdays until 8am Monday morning All day public holidays
