We are open 6 days a week, with after hours appointments available on weekdays. Our opening hours are 8am to 8pm Monday, 8am to 7pm Tuesday to Friday, and 8am to 4.30pm Saturday. Quakers Hill Family Practice is a traditional family practice committed to quality of service, convenience and preventative care. Our caring and experienced general practitioners have an interest in all aspects of medicine as well as having special interests in particular health issues. As well as routine consultations, the following services are available:

As a bulk billing practice, we offer bulk billing to all patients holding a valid Medicare card for all Medicare-eligible procedures. This means no out-of-pocket cost for most general consultations. For those without Medicare, our fees are $45 for a standard consultation and $80 for a long consultation. Overseas students with a valid Medibank Overseas Cover will not be charged. A nominal fee will be charged for all wound dressings.

Our practice has all of the features of a modern practice, with books, magazines, kids toys, a water cooler, and a TV for your comfort and enjoyment. We also provide multilingual services, with practitioners who speak Sinhalese available for consultation.

Once you book a doctor, it usually takes between 2-3 hours for the doctor to arrive at your home. The doctor will send a clinical report to your GP the following day, so they are kept in the loop. And the home visiting doctor has starter packs of commonly prescribed medications, so in many instances, you can start treatment immediately.
