Once you book a doctor, it usually takes between 2-3 hours for the doctor to arrive at your home. The doctor will send a clinical report to your GP the following day, so they are kept in the loop. And the home visiting doctor has starter packs of commonly prescribed medications, so in many instances, you can start treatment immediately.

Botany Medical Centre is a fully Accredited Medical Centre under the standards set by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

As a bulk billing practice, we offer bulk billing to all patients holding a valid Medicare card for all Medicare-eligible procedures. This means no out-of-pocket expenses for most general consultations.

Our practice is easily accessible to those who live in Colebee and the surrounding areas, including Marsden Park, Stonecutters Ridge, Schofields, Riverstone, Llandilo, Dean Park, Oakhurst, Glendenning and Plumpton. We are close to public transport services, with a bus stop within short walking distance and there is ample parking available for those who prefer to drive.

Appointments are 7 days a week, from 8.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 1pm Saturday and Sunday. We also accept walk-in appointments during the week and weekends.

Richmond Road Family Practice provides the community of Glendenning and the surrounding suburbs with an affordable, compassionate, holistic and a continuous Primary Health Care. Also, we are a teaching practice to undergraduate medical students from The University of Sydney and The University of Western Sydney, GP registrars and PGPPP registrars on rotation from Nepean and Westmead Hospitals.

We only book 4 patients an hour in order to give our patients a reasonable opportunity to discuss and cover their health needs. We are open 6 days a week, with appointments available Monday to Saturday. Specifically, we are open from Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 6 pm, and Saturday: 8:30 am - 2 pm.
