Tamara started working for Southcare after graduating from Curtin University, with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. While at university, she provided sports massage and injury management to Crossfit athletes and football clubs, and has completed multiple training courses.
Tamara has completed the 12 month Lifecare Pilates training course, and has also completed education courses in dry needling, acute and chronic back pain, sporting knee injuries, and Mulligan's treatment of the upper quadrant. She enjoys treating a range of musculoskeletal disorders, pre and postnatal physiotherapy, and providing exercise to clients through Clinical Pilates and hydrotherapy.
