Silvia graduated as a physiotherapist in 1999, Madrid, Spain. After 11 years working in Workplace Rehabilitation she commenced in private practice for the last 6 years in Australia. She completed a Masters in Osteopathy and Myofascial Release Therapy that enables her to treat with a holistic approach. Emma joined the team at Cannington Physiotherapy after relocating to Perth from Victoria. She is completing post-graduate qualifications in sports physiotherapy and has experience managing various sporting injuries, as well as post-surgical rehabilitation. Emma is also one of our pilates physiotherapists and is qualified in dry needling. Emma is a keen netballer and loves Western Australian beaches.

Steve has worked in different private practice settings for over 10 years. Over the last 7 years, he has worked in occupational health, where on a daily basis, he treats musculoskeletal injuries of all kinds, and successfully returning his clients to work. His current role also involves pre-work assessments for a number of businesses around Perth.

Clare returns to Cannington Physiotherapy in 2016. Clare graduated from Curtin University in 2007 and has worked in private practice since.
Clare has completed two courses in dry needling and enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries.
Clare is also one of our Pilates instructors and enjoys participating in Pilates classes herself, running and spending quality time with her young family.

Loretta completed a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) from Curtin in 1997 and spent 10 months as a new graduate working in a rural setting at Carnarvon Regional Hospital (WA). Following that she returned to Singapore and spent 2 years working in private hospital settings gaining extensive experience in paediatrics, geriatrics and Women’s Health.

Callan joined us in 2012 with a passion for functional exercise based rehabilitation both in and out of a gym setting. Callan previously worked as an exercise physiologist and combines this skill set along with his physiotherapy skills to benefit his patients. He enjoys treating a variety of conditions but has a special interest in treating headaches and sporting injuries. He often uses dry needling techniques as part of his treatment. Callan keeps active playing basketball and netball all over Perth.

Elesha completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Curtin University in 2000, graduating with distinction. Following graduation, Elesha gained a wide range of experience working at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. Mike is a graduate from the University of Otago in New Zealand having studied towards a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has previously worked in clinics in Melbourne and London.
Mike has a strong background in sports having played top-level amateur Rugby Union, Tennis and continues to play Touch rugby.

He is currently the Head Physiotherapist at the Perth Demons Football Club, has previously worked as the Head Physiotherapist at Box Hill Rugby Union Club in Melbourne and worked with many sub-elite individual athletes from a wide range of sports.

Dean graduated from Edith Cowan University in 2012 and has worked in both private practice and occupational health settings. He has a background in exercise physiology and sports science. Dean has a special interest in treating vertigo, sporting injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. Dean is a keen sportsman and loves cricket and footy.

Ilena completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland in 2008. Ilena has now been treating at Cannington Physiotherapy for over 3 years having come from New Zealand where she worked for 3 years in both the Hospital and private sectors. Her work in New Zealand provided the opportunity to work closely with a number of orthopaedic specialists giving her a unique perspective on post-operative rehabilitation.

Jordan's main passion is sport and has significant sports physiotherapy experience. He looked after Team Canada and Team U.S.A during their International Ice Hockey tour, Sydney Blue Sox Baseball Team and has worked with the Wembley Downs Tennis Club and various AFL/soccer clubs.

Jenna joins us at Cannington Physiotherapy in 2017 after working in both hospital and community based settings. She has worked in Canada and Australia as an Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist. Her diverse background enables her to treat injuries with a holistic approach. Jenna has an interest in all musculoskeletal injuries, in particular, headaches, lower back pain and sport specific rehabilitation post injury.

Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland in 2000 before starting work as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in a Brisbane private practice. He moved to the UK in 2002 where he worked predominantly with the British Military as a physiotherapist and in private practice.

Sindy completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Neuro-musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Cardiff University in 2010. Her post-graduate study also qualified her for membership to the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
