Ian has created Queensland Physiotherapy to fulfil his vision of providing patients with high quality, hands on care and supplying people with the tools to keep them feeling their best. He has a strong focus on back care and core control, is qualified to run Bounce Back back care classes, and is an accredited Instructor Trainer in the program.

He also has a passion for sports physiotherapy, and is a member of the APA (Australian Physiotherapy Association) Sports Physio Group. Ian has been one of the proud owners and physiotherapists at Junction Road Physiotherapy since 2000. A graduate of the University of Queensland with degrees in both Physiotherapy and Human Movement Studies, Ian has almost 20 years of physiotherapy experience.

Andrew Brown is excited to announce that he has returned to his home town to join the team at Rusden Street Physiotherapy. Graduating from the University of Queensland with a Masters of Physiotherapy, and undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science. His interests in Physiotherapy include all types of musculoskeletal injuries, sport performance and chronic pain.

Natalie is an internationally renowned expert in knee pain and is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Queensland and has published extensively on this topic.

Fiona has over 16 years experience and has particular interest in the diagnosis, treatment and management of spinal and pelvis conditions, in particular lower back, neck pain including whiplash and sacroiliac joint pain (SIJ).

Charlie graduated from the Australian Catholic University Brisbane in 2013 and quickly focused his attention towards functional Pilates, musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy within the private practice sector.

Ben comes to North West Physiotherapy with a Masters qualification in Physiotherapy and a strong background in high-level sports, both as a competitor and physiotherapist.

Ben has been the physiotherapist for Eastern Suburbs FC in the Brisbane Premier League, which has helped him develop a wealth of experience in sports physiotherapy.

Rohan Davies grew up in Brisbane and completed a Science Degree at the University of Queensland, prior to studying Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia. Whilst in Adelaide he taught in the Anatomy Department of the University of Adelaide and was heavily involved with the South Australian Rugby Union.

He qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1997 and moved to the Fraser Coast to work as a new graduate, where he also continued his work with local rugby teams as well as acting as physiotherapist for the Wide Bay regional side.

Sam is highly experienced in Sports Training and Physiotherapy, having been the Physio for the Northside Wizards QBL Men’s and Women’s teams. He’s also worked with Junior and Senior hockey teams and Primary school Basketball, Rugby and Soccer teams. This means that he has the knowledge and experience to treat any injury.

Mark is originally from Northern Ireland and graduated from the University of Ulster with BSc Honours Physiotherapy. He joined the Junction Road Physiotherapy team in 2013 after working in musculoskeletal and sports private practice in Australia for several years.

Rochelle joins us after graduating from University of Qld. where she developed a keen interest in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of lower limb injuries as well as sports related injuries, especially those related to crossfit, futsal and soccer.

Isabelle is currently the 1st Team Physio for Samford Rangers. Isabelle has worked in private practice around Brisbane before finding her way to Samford and The Movement Team. Isabelle is a qualified pilates instructor and also has a huge passion for dance and all things movement.

Kate graduated from the University of Queensland in 2004 with a Physiotherapy degree with First Class Honours and after working in Private practise and hospital roles in Brisbane, joined the team at Junction Road physiotherapy in 2008.

Since graduating, Kate has completed further studies in women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction. This includes work with pregnancy, incontinence and prolapse assessment and treatment as well as fitting pessaries.

Kate has done further studies in sports physiotherapy, dry needling and is also a qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor.

Martine graduated from the University of Queensland in 2006. Since graduating she has undertaken further study in the areas of sports physiotherapy, western acupuncture and dry needling, clinical Pilates, women's health as well as treatment of TMJ (jaw) dysfunction and pain.
