Dr Norris is a Queenslan graduate who spent 18 years working in a country practice in northern New South Wales before moving to Walton Bridge.

Dr Norris has worked as a GP at The Gap clinic since January 2000. He enjoys all facets of medical practice caring for people of all ages. Dr Norris also sees patients at Ferny Hills. He is a keen cyclist in his spare time, and is married with 4 daughters.

Danielle is an experienced GP with medical interests in Children's Health, including lactation and feeding problems, Women's Health and Mental Health.

Her non-medical interests are centered on her young family and include travel, cooking and staying fit.

Dr Pryor graduated from University of Queensland in 1972. He has previously worked as a RMO at Royal Brisbane Hospital and as a GP Registrar in obstetrics, anaesthetics and emergency medicine. Dr Pryor then joined Walton Bridge in 1976. His special interests are family medicine, skin cancer, palliative care, and antenatal care. He is qualified to perform dive medicals (recreational).

Dr Silver has been working in General Practice for over 32 years

Dr Silver completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland in 1976, followed by training at the Mater Hospital in Brisbane. He spent seven years as a Medical Officer at the RAAF, mostly in Malaysia, before joining Walton Bridge Medical Centre in 1985. His main interests are general medicine, skin cancer surgery, and vasectomy. He performs recreational diving medical examinations. Dr Silver consults at SmartClinics The Gap on Glenaffric St surgery, and conducts procedure sessions four mornings each week. He is married and has four children.

Dr Cathy Skoien is a full-time GP who attends The Gap and Ferny Hills surgeries.

Dr Cathy Skoien is a graduate of the University of Qld and has had over 30 years experience in General Practice, over 17 of those in The Gap .

Dr Skoien is interested in a broad range of medicine and enjoys seeing patients of all ages.

She is available at The Gap and Ferny Hills Clinics , 4 days a week, including 1 evening, and also shares in the weekend roster at The Gap .

Dr Sondergeld is a highly qualified, experienced doctor who has studied in Australia, the USA...

He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Queensland and has completed higher qualifications in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Anaesthetics, General Practice and Rural Medicine.

He was the Medical Superintendent of the Texas Hospital in southern Queensland for 14 years and is very experienced across the broad range of procedural and non-procedural general practice. He enjoys treating all ages – from children through to the elderly – and has a particular interest in conditions of the outer ear requiring intervention using the operating microscope (infections, cleaning following previous ear surgery, clearing wax obstruction).

Married to Leanne (PhD, Occupational Therapy), they have three children, George (pharmacist), William (who has an intellectual disability and enriches the life of everyone he meets) and Louisa (medical student). They attend St Mark’s Anglican Church, The Gap.

Dr Helen Surtees graduated from the University of London, and has broad experience in General Practice both in the UK and Australia. She has worked in The Gap since 2009, and has been a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners since 2006.

She has a special interest in Child and Women’s Health, and performs Implanon insertion and removal, as well as IUD removals. She is a provider for Yellow Fever immunisations and other travel medicine advice.

Dr Surtees enjoys all aspects of General Practice and has over 20 years experience in this field.
She is married with 3 school age children.

Dr Valentine has spend the last eight years working as a General Practitioner and Partner at Walton Bridge Medical Centre.

Dr Valentine has been working in General Practice for over 12 years. He completed his medical degree at the University of Adelaide in 2000. Following a two year Internship and Residency at Royal Adelaide Hospital Dr Valentine spent 5 years working fulltime as a Medical Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force. An experienced GP with a passion for general practice work, Dr Van Wyk has a broad range of interests, including children's health, chronic conditions & geriatric care, dermatology including skin cancers and men's health. His non- medical interest include fishing, 4 wheel driving, hunting, playing guitar and singing.

Dr Stephen Yelland graduated from the University of Queensland in 1987. He did a year of his GP training in the United Kingdom in 1991 and obtained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1993. He enjoys all areas of general practice.

He has an interest in medical education, supporting medical students and registrars, and examining for the College of General Practitioners. He is married with 3 children
