Tim graduated from Nottingham University in 1995. He has worked on the Sunshine Coast since 2001. His first four years were spent working at Nambour General Hospital and has been a GP since 2005. He recently completed the Diploma in Child Health and is interested in all areas of family practice. Tim married his wife in 2001 and they have 2 children and so like most young parents spends most of his free time looking after them.

Dara is a female registrar originating from Canada where she completed a Bachelor of Science 2007.

She then completed her Bachelor of Medicine through Queensland University in Brisbane in 2012.

Grew up in Auckland, New Zealand and graduated in 2004. He enjoys a variety of medical issues general practice provides and has a particular interest in Paediatrics, Orthopaedics and Men’s health. He is passionate about general medicine and very much believes in preventative medicine.

John completed his medical degree in Manchester UK in 1985. After working for 3 years in the hospitals of the South Manchester region he decided to travel overseas to New Zealand. He spent 2 enjoyable years in the South Island, where he obtained his post graduate qualification in General Practice, before settling in the picturesque Bay of Plenty in the North Island. John spent 12 years in a partnership in Mt. Maunganui before crossing over the Tasman to Australia in 2002. He had an initial 3 year stint working in the Whitsundays before finally settling in Nambour in August 2005.

Fiona completed her medical degree in Leeds UK in 1999 and finished her GP training in the UK before moving to Australia in 2006. She lives with her partner two young children. Her interests are in Women's Health and she runs a Pap Smear clinic at Nambour.

Dr Srividya Kota graduated in 2009 from the University of Queensland.

Post-graduation she spent seven years training in hospital based sub-specialty medicine. She has also completed a Masters of Public Health (Health promotion and Disease prevention) and a Diploma in Child Health.

Sebastiaan Lambooy was born and bred in Oss, Holland and after an initial year studying law he decided to change to medicine and spent 3 years at the Free University of Amsterdam. Dr Paul Lanham graduated from Queensland University in 1992 and spent the next 2 years working at Nambour General Hospital. Paul is married with 3 beautiful daughters. He has a passion for horses and competes in Endurance riding. He plays touch football and attends the Nambour Uniting Church where he is involved with the running of the Youth Ministry Program.

Bryan joined the team in 2006 having decided to move from the U.K to the Sunshine Coast with his wife Angela and their two children. He qualified in 1993 and entered general practice in 1999 in Fareham, Hampshire where he was a GP Partner. He had already spent time in 1997/98 at Nambour, Caloundra and Maleny Hospitals and so knows the area well. Dr Matheesha Ranaweera is a GP at Nambour and Palmwoods Clinics.

Dr Matheesha Ranaweera joined the practice in January 2015. He graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2009, interned at Royal Adelaide Hospital before moving back to Brisbane. Edward completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland in 2001. Since then he has worked in Australia and overseas before commencing his GP Training on the Sunshine Coast.

Prior to GP he has worked in Nambour Hospital and at the Royal Children's Hospital where he has developed an interest in paediatrics. He also worked in oncology in the UK for a period of time to fund his overseas travel. He completed his GP training in 2007 and is involved in the practice Skin Check Clinic. John started at the Nambour Clinic in 1974 when he joined Drs Savill and Brown. In the early years the focus was on obstetrics and anaesthesia but latterly this has changed to general family medicine. He has 3 sons, two of which have followed him into medicine and the other is a lawyer. His wife, Margaret, is a physiotherapist who specializes in paediatrics and his main interests outside of medicine are sailing, travel and trying to keep fit.

Dr Sak is experienced in the management of Chronic Disease such as heart disease, diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure. He has a special interest in Mental Health and enjoys treating patients in a holistic manner. His aim is to improve the emotional and physical well-being of the patient by using the best clinical evidence available.
