Professional History

Dr Garraway completed his Bachelor of Dental Science at the University of Queensland in 1990. Following graduation he spent time as the travelling dentist throughout the Torres Strait and was based on Thursday Island. He then worked in Western Queensland before returning to Brisbane to join BOH Dental in 1994.

Dr Garraway takes an active interest in continuing education and has, until recently, taught clinical restorative dentistry at the University of Queensland, School of Dentistry. He served as the Secretary/Treasurer and the President of the Prosthodontic Society in Queensland for a six year period. Maria qualified in 2000 in Colombia and passed the Australian Dental Council examinations in 2006 allowing full recognition in Australia. Maria has been practising at Face Value Dental since February 2007. Before coming to Australia she was practising in Colombia as a general dental practitioner. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and regularly attends courses to keep up to date on the latest techniques.

Dr Greer is a graduate from the University of Queensland, completing a Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours in 1976 and a Master of Dental Science in 1982. He has experience in general private practice, government and the armed services. Dr Greer has held academic positions at the University of Queensland, School of Dentistry. He is a registered Dental Specialist in Prosthodontics and has been with BOH Dental since 1988.

Dr Greer is a member of the Australian Dental Association, Australian Prosthodontic Society, Australian and New Zealand Academy of Prosthodontics and the Southside Dental Study Group. He has a keen interest in dental aesthetics, ceramic veneers and dental implants and has always been involved with continuing education in dentistry. Dr Greer has given numerous lectures and didactic presentations and attends postgraduate training courses on a regular basis.

Sally is a vibrant, popular dentist and is highly skilled in cosmetic dentistry, facial injectables, and cosmetic tattoos. Currently, she is available to see Refresh Dental Spa patients on Tuesdays and Fridays and we are thrilled to have her join the team!

Henry has been practising dentistry for more than 10 years. Henry is experienced in cosmetic dentistry, and is skilled in dental crowns, bridges, braces, and invisalign. Outside of dentistry, Henry is married and is passionate about cooking. He is a committed family man, and loves to spend time with family and friends.

Dr Nicolie Jenkins was born in Brisbane and spent her adolescent years in Moranbah in North Queensland with her family. Nicki returned to Brisbane to study at the University of Queensland and in 1993 graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science.

Born in Dublin, Don immigrated to Adelaide as a child and now calls Australia home. Don studied dentistry at the University of Adelaide and graduated in 1987. The majority of Don’s working life was spent practicing Dentistry in rural and regional areas, such as Murray Bridge SA, Young and Cootamundra NSW, Sunshine Coast from Caloundra to Noosa and Coroy, which he enjoyed very much. As well as working in rural areas, Don has spent time working in Adelaide city, Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Don is experience in all aspects of general dentistry but has a special interests in TMJ, orthodontics, early childhood intervention, sleep dentistry and expanding into implants. Don has spent many hours in advancing his skills and knowledge by regularly attending courses and residency programs.

Dr Marta Kozera is a caring and gentle dentist dedicated to ensuring your comfort while providing the highest quality dental care.

Marta completed her Dentistry degree from the University of Sydney with Honours and was awarded the Anthony P. Martin Prize in Clinical Endodontics upon graduation. She also holds a Biomedical Science degree majoring in Forensic Biology. Upon graduating from dentistry, she has worked in family dental practices in Newcastle and Goondiwindi before returning to Queensland to call Brisbane home after the birth of her second child.

Christina completed her Bachelor of Dentistry at the University of Queensland in 2012. After graduating, she commenced working in a private clinic in regional Victoria where she practiced mostly general dentistry as well as cosmetic dentistry. Christina recently moved back to Brisbane for her family.

Christina enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has a special interest in treating kids and anxious patients. She continues to update her skills by attending various courses in various aspect of dentistry.

Judy graduated from the University of Queensland in 2008 with a Bachelor of Dental Science. While enjoying all aspects of Dentistry, including Root Canal Treatment and Crown and Bridge work, Judy also likes to put a strong focus on preventative dentistry rather than waiting for a problem to transpire. She believes that prevention is always better than cure!
