Overview
Brendan is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist whose passion revolves around assisting people achieve their health, fitness, lifestyle goals by combining individualised exercise prescription with health coaching and behaviour modification strategies. Brendan has gained exposure across multiple sectors of public and community heath, including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.
Brendan will see EPC patients with a referral, however there is an out of pocket expence.
Brendan has experience treating patients across multiple pathologies, including cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation assisting patients recovering from acute and chronic conditions affecting the heart and lungs. More recently Brendan has focused on assisting patients with chronic and complex lifestyle conditions, such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity and musculoskeletal complaints including osteoarthritis and low back pain.
Brendan works at Croydon: Tuesday 4pm-8pm and Friday 8am-1pm
When he's not treating he is chasing leather on the field representing Box Hill Cricket Club in the Victorian Sub-District Cricket Association 1st Xl and is an avid supporter of the St Kilda Football Club.
