Anoch is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Blacktown Health, who completed his training at the University of Sydney.

He has a special interest in helping people to understand the important role exercise plays in the recovery of neck and back pain, shoulder injuries, and knee conditions, especially when there are also complex medical conditions present like lung problems, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis.‍
