Eva graduated with Distinction from Deakin University (Bachelor of Applied Science – Exercise and Sports Science) in 2005 where she won the Alfred Deakin Medal for most outstanding graduating student across the university. Eva then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science (Honours) at the University of Melbourne where she investigated the molecular response to acute exercise.

Eva has worked in private clinical practice as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for the past eight years. Over this time she has become expert in helping women with polycystic ovary syndrome (‘PCOS’) understand their condition, improve their sensitivity, and achieve sustainable weight loss. Eva also receives regular referrals from specialists and GPs for clients with chronic fatigue syndrome, having achieved positive results using a combination of tailored education, adaptive pacing and graded exercise therapy.

Eva has also completed advance training in bike fit analysis and optimisation, which is her special area of interest. She is passionate about strength and conditioning for cycling, particularly mountain biking, having helped numerous cyclists achieve greater functional strength for the demands of their discipline, particularly after injury. By completing at least two cycling-specific courses per year, Eva ensures your treatment and training program is based on best-evidence guidelines.
