Mignon Maritz is a driven and passionate Remedial Massage Therapist who loves being in the health field industry helping people in pain and injury. She has studied at MIMT completing a Diploma of Remedial Massage in Melbourne. To further advance her education Mignon is currently completing a Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy, scheduled to be completed in 2020.

She has reall passion and interest in anatomy and a desire to help chronic pain suffers. She enjoys treating all types of pain and injuries but specifically likes rotator cuff and frozen shoulder symptoms. Mignon has gained valuable experieince in Remedial Massage, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, fascial manipulation, Deep Tissue Massage and Cupping therapies.

Mignon takes the time with her clients to educate about postural correction, lifestyle changes and strengthening exercises to enhance her hands on Remedial Massage treatments. She is firm with her massage pressure and finds all the right muscular trigger points.

In her downtime Mignon is a dancer of 19 years and enjoys travelling the world experiencing different cultures. Mignon enjoys the outdoors and getting out in nature whenever she can.
