Dr Sujatha (SU) Devathi
MBBS, MRCGP, FRACGP
Dr Su Devathi joined our sister centre Forrest Road GP last year, and has now joined Thornlie Square Medical Centre. She comes from Yorkshire, UK. She brings extensive International medical experience and knowledge to our medical centre in Thornlie.
Dr Su graduated in Medicine in 1999 and completed General Practice postgraduate training (MRCGP) in England. She has worked in various hospitals and places in India and England.
Her General Practice training included Specialties like Primary Care, Geriatric Medicine, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Accident & Emergency and paediatrics.
She also had specialist training in Women and Sexual Health.
Dr Su moved to England (West Yorkshire) in 2004 and worked in various specialities in Acute Medicine and Elderly care before her GP training.
She loves all aspects of Family Medicine and has special interests in Women’s Health and Elderly Care.
Dr Su is happily married with two children, she enjoys going to the gym, listening to music, and cooking. Her favourite past time is watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
Dr Su is excited to be a part of the Armadale community and she is very keen to share her wealth of experience and provide the best of care to our patients.
Dr Su is available Monday to Friday and on a roster on weekends at Thornlie Square Medical Centre.

Billing policy
From 1 st Nov 2025, Thornlie Square Medical Centre will be a Bulk billing Practice on all days of the week. This change would mean that patients that hold a current, valid Medicare/DVA card will be bulkbilled for eligible consultations, including Care Plans, Health Assessments, Referrals, Results, Prescription Requests, Dressings, Childhood + catch up immunisations and more. You will need to bring your valid Medicare/ DVA card, Concession or Pension card to each visit. Please note some procedures may incur fees. EG Biopsies, Driver's medicals etc.
