Dr Coopes is a Skin Cancer College of Australia accredited skin doctor. He does mole scan/skin cancer screening, at skin cancer removal procedures at SLM Centre.
Otherwise he is a full time GP looking after families and individuals.
Having worked in General Practice for 20 years Dr Coopes has an active interest with experience in several areas of healthcare: Psychiatry [Depression], Travel and Tropical Medicine, Paediatrics, Dermatology and Skin Cancer medicine and surgery, Tropical Medicine, Ophthalmology, General Medicine, Antenatal care, work related injuries and Teaching of Medical Students.
He enjoys spending time with family, cycling, hill walking and classical music.
* Dr Martin Coopes privately bills all patients on Thursday between 5pm–6.30pm.
