Dr Anu Soul is a Specialist General Practitioner at Metta Medical Centre in Karrinyup, Perth. She provides holistic, patient-centred care with a particular focus on women’s health, weight management, and preventive medicine.

Dr Soul graduated with Honours from the University of Western Australia (MBBS) and gained international medical experience at Massachusetts General Hospital (Harvard University, USA) and St Joseph’s Hospital in Toronto, Canada. She worked at Royal Perth Hospital and Joondalup Health Campus before completing her Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in 2018.

Dr Soul has completed a Primary Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine and is pursuing further training in Dermatology. She offers skin checks, small excisions, and management of a wide range of skin conditions.

Alongside general practice, Dr Soul now provides cosmetic consultations and treatments, combining her medical expertise with a gentle, safe approach to aesthetic care.

Dr Soul is a SCOPE-certified doctor, recognised internationally as an expert in obesity management. SCOPE certification — the World Obesity Federation’s gold standard in obesity care — signifies advanced training in evidence-based, stigma-free, holistic weight management. She provides specialised care for patients living with obesity, combining metabolic care, medical weight management, and obesity-related disease prevention. Dr Soul also has a strong interest in PCOS, perimenopause and menopause management, and offers compassionate discussions around preconception and pregnancy management (including termination options), ensuring women feel supported and informed.

With a deep commitment to mental health, Dr Soul approaches her patients with empathy and understanding. She works closely with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that supports both emotional and physical wellbeing.

• Long consult: $185 for > 25 minutes & < 40 minutes ($225 on Saturday)

• Weight management Initial consultation: $275 (medicare rebate of a $125.10 )   ($300 on Saturday)
• Menopause Initial consultation: $ 275 (medicare rebate of $145.80) (Menopause Health Assessment included) ($300 on Saturday)
• Cosmetic consultation: $160 ($200 on Saturday)
• Children under 12 are bulk billed. Concession card holders are bulk billed. Saturday appointments are fully private.
