Lorri graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Western Australia and received her fellowship of  The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She attained the Diploma of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (DRANZCOG) and completed a Diploma in Child Health (DCH).

Dr Hopkins demonstrates strong clinical expertise with the proven ability to assess and investigate as a GP in Albany. She specialises in all areas of general practice and is particularly interested in Family Health, Children's Health, Asthma, Diabetes and Women’s Health including Antenatal Care.

Lorri is known for her expertise in Skin Cancers and in performing various procedures including Excision of Skin Lesions, Medical Abortion, Mirena IUD Insertion and Implanon insertion and removal.
