Overview
I have worked as a Medical Practitioner for almost 26 years. I have spent 16 years in the Philippines and 10 years in Australia working in the medical field.
I was a Paediatrician in the Philippines and had residency training with Adult Medicine at Iloilo Mission Hospital Philippines for several years. I started initially as a Medical Observer at Royal Children’s Hospital and assumed the role of a Paediatric Registrar at Sunshine Hospital in Melbourne for a few months then worked as an HMO ( Hospital Medical Officer) General at Western Health in Melbourne.
I have worked as a GP in Melbourne for several years prior to joining The Quay Family Healthcare on December 2018.
I was part of the academe of various nursing and healthcare institutions in the Philippines. I was a lecturer and at the same time a review instructor for the nursing students preparing for the National Board Examination.
In Melbourne, I used to be a lecturer and tutor at Victoria University handling Nursing and Osteopath Medicine students. I was also one of the lecturers for International Medical Graduates in a very prestigious review centre for international doctors (ARIMGSAS).
During my spare time, I love to play the piano and listen to music.
Who I am today, I owe it to God and my late father who has taught me the values of faith, education, humility and kindness
