Edwardes Street Family Clinic is a preferred provider for the following health insurance funds. Patients with an eligible policy with one of the preferred providers listed below may be entitled to a higher rebate than that of a non-preferred provider.
Billing policy
We Bulk Bill all patients with a medicare number. We direct bill all Allianz OSHC policy holders. A fee will be charged to any patient who does not have a medicare card, or holds an OSHC card other than Allianz. NEW patient bookings attract a new patient fee, please contact reception for more info.
