Overview
Dr Sapna Walles completed her undergraduate medical training at the University of New South Wales in 2014, going on to study a Masters of International Public health. Her early medical career included clinical appointments at Prince of Wales Hospital, Lismore Base Hospital and Canterbury Hospital, introducing Dr Walles to neurology, geriatrics, emergency medicine, cardiothoracic surgery, infectious diseases, medical oncology, general surgery, paediatrics and renal medicine.
General Practice sparked her interest as it enabled the support, education and management of patients’ entire health. In 2019, Dr Sapna has been very busy, acquiring her fellowship with the RACGP and completing a Professional Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine.
Dr Sapna is keen to address patient’s needs and concerns whilst providing preventative health education. Her special interests include women’s health, mental health, skin cancer checks, refugee health, travel medicine & preventative care.
Dr Sapna is looking forward to meeting patients and supporting them to reach their individual health goals.
