Overview
Dr Carolyn Sebastian graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Monash University. She is also an accredited Fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
Currently, Carolyn is also working as a supervisor to general practice registrars as well as teaching medical students at Melbourne University. She is passionately interested in keeping herself updated with the advancements of the medical field. Additionally, she obtained a Diploma of Child Health (DCH) through the Children’s Hospital in Westmead and the University of Sydney.
As a GP in Melbourne, Dr Sebastian is very caring and sympathetic and strongly believes in holistic medical care for patients. She takes a keen interest in Preventive Medicine, Paediatric Medicine, Family Planning, Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health, Women’s Health and Travel Advice. She also provides consultations for Acute and Emergency Medicine, acne issues and weight loss problems.
Other than working as a medical professional, Carolyn enjoys travelling, reading and baking. She loves to go for a hike as well.
