Dr Sirisha Nookala obtained her Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India. After initial years of practice, she relocated to Australia and acquired her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2019.
As a GP in Maribyrnong, Dr Nookala ensures an empathetic approach towards her patients to provide them with an atmosphere of acceptance, allowing them to open up. She has a keen interest in chronic disease care such as diabetes and hypertension management, women’s health, children’s health, and travel medicine.
