Dr. Anjali Ambekar graduated in Medicine (MBBS) from India. After graduation she worked in Hospitals in India for two years in fields of Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Later she worked as a GP in India.
After migrating to Australia, she completed her resident training at Monash Health, gaining experience in various fields such as Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Orthopaedics and Geriatric Medicine.
She subsequently completed FRACGP fellowship with Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
She worked as a General Practitioner in Gippsland region for 7 years.
Dr. Anjali Ambekar holds Diploma in Child Health.
She has special interest in Women’s health, Family planning, Children’s Health, Chronic disease Management & Mental Health.
During the course of her tenure she has built a formidable reputation for being a trustworthy GP who goes the extra mile to ensure the health and well-being of her patients.
