Overview
Dr. Martha Karuga received a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Warsaw Medical University in 1990. She also holds an Australian Medical Council (AMC) certification and has been an accredited Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) since 2017.
Dr. Karuga trained in Paediatrics, and as a Family Doctor, in Poland. She moved to Australia in 1998 and trained in pediatrics here as well. She further pursued a two-year training in general medicine and has been practicing as a GP in South Australia since.
Being a highly competent doctor in Elizabeth, Martha specializes in a broad range of general health problems, with pediatrics being her forte. She is a happily married mother of 3. Dr. Karuga is passionate about providing high-quality medical care and helping the surrounding communities to make the lifestyle changes needed to ensure better health outcomes.
