Overview
Dr Lovell is an experienced, fully RACGP qualified female GP with interests in all facets of general practice medicine. Dr Lovell graduated in 1991 and worked in South Africa and the UK before moving to Adelaide in 2007. She speaks English and Afrikaans fluently. She is registered as a GP specialist with the RACGP and has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of general practice.
Her special interests include skin and skin cancer medicine in which she has completed advanced training (Advanced certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine). Appointments for skin checks, excisions and lacerations are all welcome.
She has also interests in Women's Health (PAP/Cervical screen checks, STI checks, Contraception, Implanon, HRT) and Chronic Disease management (Hypertension, Diabetes, Insulin management, obesity, chronic kidney disease, and chronic pain).
She is a mixed billing practitioner – providing bulk billing services to pensioners, children, and adolescents, and those with a valid healthcare card.
Those outside of these eligibility criteria will be required to pay the full amount on the date of service (with Medicare rebates re-paid instantly - $20 out of pocket per consult)
