Dr Joanne Butterfield (locum) graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of London in the United Kingdom, 2005. She has completed her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) as well the Australian Medical Council (AMC) Certificate. Moreover, she holds a Diploma of Child Health, and has a background in rural and Emergency Medicine before becoming a GP. She has been practising in Australia since 2006 and on the Sunshine Coast since 2013. Dr Butterfield is committed to helping you achieve health and well-being throughout all stages of life. Her special interests include diabetes care, chronic disease management, women’s health, family planning including IUD insertions.
