Overview
Dr Siva Ketheesan graduated with his Diploma of Medicine (MD) from the Tver State Medical Academy in the Russian Federation,in 1997. He then immigrated to Australia and earned his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2010. Dr Ketheesan is a part-time senior GP with extensive experience in general practice with further interests in general surgery, skin cancer, and dermatology. Outside of work he enjoys cycling, golfing, and playing badminton, as well as gardening. Dr Ketheesan works at Silky Oaks every Wednesday morning. His vast experience and medical qualifications set him apart as a highly competent GP in Manly West.

Pricing and payment
Billing policy
Our fees will increase from the 14th of September. Please refer to our website for more information. From 2026, all new patients will need to pay a gap fee. We are a mixed billing practice. Bulk billing is available Mon–Fri 9am–5pm for active existing patients prior to 2026 ONLY who hold a Concession Card or for children under 12. Bulk billing and concession rates are not available on Saturdays and Saturday appointments attract a higher gap fee. Telehealth requires pre-payment. Please refer to our website for our fees.
