Overview
Dr. Eleasa Sieh is a compassionate and highly skilled GP with a wide range of clinical expertise. Originally from Toronto, Canada, she moved to Australia in 2009 to pursue her medical studies in Brisbane. After completing her internship in Bundaberg and Hervey Bay, she underwent GP training on the Sunshine Coast and received her RACGP fellowship in 2017.
Dr. Sieh has a particular focus on women’s health, mental health, and lifestyle medicine, including weight loss counselling. She holds a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (RANZCOG) and has completed Level 2 Mental Health Skills Training with the Australian Society for Psychological Medicine, enabling her to provide Focussed Psychological Strategies (FPS) under a GP Mental Health Care Plan.
Patients seeking FPS sessions can arrange an initial one-hour consultation with Dr. Sieh, provided their referring GP has completed a Mental Health Care Plan and referral letter. Alternatively, Dr. Sieh can create a Mental Health Care Plan during a 30-minute appointment.
Fluent in Cantonese Chinese, Dr. Sieh offers culturally sensitive care and has a deep interest in supporting neurodiverse individuals and addressing social determinants of health. Outside of her clinical practice, she enjoys hiking, reading, and exploring both the great outdoors and the literary world.
