Overview
Dr Elavarasi Ranjithan received a Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Jaffna in Sri Lanka in 2008. She migrated to Australia in the same year and started her training as a General Practitioner. Dr Ranjithan obtained her certification from the Australian Medical Council (AMC) in 2012. She acquired her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2019.
Dr Ranjithan is a passionate doctor in Ferny Grove who has extensive experience and is capable of managing various cases. Elavarasi is passionately interested in child and women’s health. She also has a Diploma of Child Health from The Sydney Children’s Hospital Network.
Elavarasi is bilingual; in addition to English, she can fluently speak Tamil. She aims to help patients, especially women and children on their medical journey by using an innovative approach.
