Overview
Dr James McDougall graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Bond University, in 2012. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Before pursuing a medical degree, he worked as an exercise physiologist.
James underwent training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for 5 years across Queensland, focusing on chronic wounds, trauma and skin cancer treatment. His clinical fortes include men’s health, paediatric care, sports medicine and skin cancer as a competent doctor in Bundall.
James is also a team doctor for the Gold Coast Suns AFL team. In his spare time, he enjoys competing in triathlons and staying fit with his young family.
