Overview
Dr Geoff Whitby completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2008. Additionally, he also holds a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
Following graduation, he trained at top-tier hospitals, including Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, The Children’s Hospital, and The Prince Charles Hospital.
Dr Whitby served at key clinical positions in Urology, gaining significant experience in bladder, prostate, and kidney diseases. He still regularly conducts urological operations, including robotic prostatectomies.
As a doctor in Bridgeman Downs, Geoff’s focus areas include men’s health, chronic disease management, and minor surgical procedures. Outside of the clinic, he prefers to spend time with his three kids, and trying out different DIY projects.
