Overview
Dr Katherine Saffin graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of London, United Kingdom, in 2001.
She is a very experienced GP in Sydney who brings diverse overseas experience as well. Dr Saffin is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, receiving her medical degree from St. Bartholomew's and the Royal London Hospital medical schools and subsequently gaining experience at hospitals in London and Sydney. She has worked as a GP since 2007, mainly in London but also in Paris, relocating back to Sydney at the end of 2016. She is a compassionate doctor in Sydney with a patient-centred approach to health care.
Katherine has a special interest in psychological care, antenatal shared care, adult health assessment, preventative health, diet and lifestyle and the wider social and personal factors related to well-being, and has a Masters in Public Health from Kings College London.
