Tuo Tao is an Accredited Practising Dietitian.
Tuo believes in targeting the individual needs and lifestyles of his clients to help them achieve lasting changes and improvements to their health.
Our health can significantly be impacted by our daily eating habits, food choices and cooking methods.
To equip his clients with the knowledge to make incremental positive changes to their eating and food shopping habits, Tuo has developed a strong interest and knowledge of supermarket foods. Combined with teaching his clients how to modify recipes as needed, he has assisted many clients to improve their overall health without necessarily sacrificing a lot. Having grown up in China, Tuo also enjoys teaching people about healthy Asian foods and cooking.
In 2020, Tuo has started Eat Savvi - an initiative to freely provide healthy eating and shopping skills on various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Blog, and Youtube) to Australians.
