South Street Dental Centre has been serving the local community in O’Connor for over 12 years and has recently moved into a new purpose-built clinic, just as Dr Henry Chan, one of the most qualified implant dentists in WA, joins what is already one of the most experienced team of dental professionals in Perth.

Cosmetic, general and hygiene treatments offered include aesthetic reconstructive dentistry, crowns & bridges, extractions, fillings, mouth guards, root canal treatments, teeth whitening, veneers and dental implants. South Street Dental Centre also offers twilight sedation dentistry,General anesthetic, Invisalign( clear braces) and wisdom teeth removal.

Though treatment costs vary, South Street Dental accepts DVA health card holders and participates in the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). The clinic also offers payment plans after an initial treatment quote (which is individually tailored), and is a HBF preferred provider.

Dr Henry Chan has been an active advocate of dental implants since 2006 as a way of fundamentally improving the quality of life for suitable patients. He has devoted most of his professional life to the study and practice of implant placement, bone and sinus graft surgery. His extensive specialist education continually exceeds the state’s requirements and he has completed postgraduate courses in London, Paris and Brazil. Currently he is completing his Masters of Oral Implantology at the prestigious Goethe University in Frankfurt. In addition to his university contact hours and multiple trips to Germany every year, Henry is researching his thesis on The Impact of Bisphosphonates in Implant Dentistry.
