My name is Syeda Nazneen Naqvi. I am a Licensed counsellor.
About My Practice
I work with a number of mental health issues and include education and support to the community.
I have experience in Anxiety & Depression Counselling and Parenting Counselling, However I welcome everyone regardless of their background because finding inner peace is a universal human need.
Treatment Focus
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe & non-judgemental space, listening to your concerns and customizing a treatment plan.
I use Eclectic therapy in counselling where I combine different techniques of counselling based on your need which in return helps you to achieve your goal.

APPOINTMENT HOURS
- MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 10am - 3pm (IN CLINIC)
- TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY (ONLINE AND WALK&TALK ONLY)
CHECK APPOINTMENT HOURS TO BOOK. Appointments need to be booked at least 3 days ago so you get enough time to do the paper work we need from you prior to the counselling session.
