About Jane

I come with decades of experience in the labor force. I am here to listen to your personal experience in a safe, discrete and respectful manner. You will be able to gain clarity regarding issues and challenges that may arise for you in your work space.

Anxiety, stress, persistent negative thoughts and feelings of not being enough, wanting to change direction in your career, can all be areas we work through together. Through the therapeutic relationship, we work to understand and experience the blocks that prevent you from achieving goals. We also work together to recognize your unique qualities and gifts. Counselling and psychotherapy compliment the overall experience of connecting mind and body. Work life brings many challenges, and with that you can find ways of connecting and communicating what you feel and need.Working together, with me in a therapeutic setting, we will work towards opening up some areas that you feel require observation in a safe, respectful, dynamic setting. You will be able to explore feelings in a creative way that enables a new perspective, in feelings and thoughts and actions.
