About Grace
Everyone needs support in navigating life’s challenges from time to time, and I’m here to be that support. I’m passionate about providing a judgement-free environment where my clients can feel safe and understood while we work to identify negative patterns, learn coping skills, establish goals, and create meaningful change. I want people to know that it’s never too late (or too early!) to create the changes needed to live the life you want to be living.
I specialise in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or self-worth, work stress and burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I work from a person-centered and strengths based approach, and employ aspects of ACT, CBT, motivational interviewing, solutions-focused techniques, and mindfulness in my work with clients. I hold a Master’s degree in counselling from Monash University and am registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.
