Sessions with Sarah aim to increase your self-confidence in order for you to obtain clarity and perspective to live a happier, more productive life.

As individuals we all need an understanding of who we are and why we react the way we do to people or circumstances and why sometimes our lives seem to be blocked.

At Mind Balance Counselling Sarah offers individual sessions as well as sessions for couples and families. Skype and telephone sessions are also available to create convenience for those who find it difficult to make it into the clinic.

There is a pharmacy across the road and other allied health services in the area should you need them.

Our fees are $120 per session. The first counselling session is 1.5 hours in duration and each session thereafter is 1 hour. Most insurance ‘extras’ cover counselling, however this must be checked with your insurer before attending if you wish to claim.

Located at 72 Woodland Street, we are a short walk from the Strathmore Train Station, making us extremely convenient to reach by public transport. There is also free street parking as well as on site parking available for those that drive.

We would be well located for any patients in the areas of Essendon, Strathmore, Greenvale, Brunswick, Pascoe Vale, Ascot Vale, Niddrie, Maribyrnong, Keilor, and Taylors Lakes.
