About Ivy-Lee

I am a Counsellor, Nutritionist, Health and Wellness Coach and NDIS registered Psychosocial Recovery Coach.

I am passionate and motivated to holistically journey alongside and provide support to people with a mental health diagnosis, by building their capacity, strength, and resilience to ensure they receive the best support to reach their goals. I am client focused and personally driven to support, motivate and empower clients while helping them to develop self-awareness and maintenance of good mental health and wellness.

Ivy-Lee holds a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling) and a Diploma of Counselling, together with special interest units in Crisis Management, Mental Health First Aid, Child-Safe Environments ‘our community response to child abuse and neglect’ and increasing the safety of individuals at risk of suicide. I am also a Nutrition Council of Australia (NCA) certified Nutritionist, specialising in Health and Wellness coaching.

She has experience working with clients experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns and disabilities including Depression, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Disordered Eating, PTSD, Behavioural concerns/changes, Bipolar, Addiction, Suicide Ideation and self-harm, Grief, Loss and Trauma and general mental health issues.
