Quiet Minds Counselling

Quiet Minds Counselling provides a safe and confidential counselling service in a comfortable environment. I will listen to you in a respectful, empathic and compassionate manner without judgement. I have worked with people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds across a broad range of issues, helping them improve their personal well-being. Using a variety of evidenced based therapy interventions and tools, I tailor the sessions to each individual. I offer online and face to face sessions.

I have the specialist skills and knowledge needed to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and others. I can support you to enhance your capacity to cope with specific life challenges and to make the changes you want so you can lead the life you want to live. I am genuinely caring and passionate about helping people who are vulnerable or experiencing challenges in their life, and helping them to reach their full potential.

I genuinely believe that people have the capacity to change. A motto close to my heart is “Per ardua ad astra”- “From adversity to the stars” and I aim to help my clients to move in this direction.
