Dr Tom Parmakellis is the owner of Lookfresh Cosmetic Medicine . He has been serving the Suthereland Shire and wider community for over 10 years and has been practicing cosmetic medicine for over 26 years now. He introduced laser hair removal into Australia in 1994 and has recently launched SkinLift Ulthera, a non surgical skin tightening and lifting procedure for the face, neck and decolletage.
