Operating from various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Wendy holds space for clients to be vulnerable, to explore, to process, to grow, to learn and to find courage and confidence to move toward desired change.
Wendy works with adults and older adults to navigate disruption in psychological wellness and life transitions across domains such as career, relationships, parenthood, health, illness, loss and ageing.
Drawing on over 20 years of experience in health care, Wendy has a keen interest in health-related psychology including working with people in caregiving roles, working with clients in the context of preparing, adjusting and rehabilitation from illness, injury, and surgical procedures and supporting clients living with chronic health conditions.
As a mother herself, Wendy is also passionate about all things perinatal and feels honoured to support women and their families through the psychological demands associated with the transition to parenthood.
