Rachael is a compassionate, genuine, and dedicated Clinical Psychologist who has strong interests in working alongside children, adolescents and families; and helping clients to enrich their relationships and quality of life.

After completing her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at Edith Cowan University, Rachael predominantly worked in the Employee Assistance Program arena and with clients who were accessing the Medicare rebate.

Rachael has experience in engaging clients from across the lifespan and treating a range of mental health issues like mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, anger and stress management, relationship and family issues, adjustment difficulties and trauma/complex trauma.

Rachael draws upon her relevant training, including Play Therapy, Circle of Security, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Complex Trauma and trauma-informed practice, and Perinatal Mental Health to ensure that her clients receive evidence-based intervention.

Working from an attachment-based model, Rachael also harnesses interpersonal and cognitive-behavioural methods to deliver individualised treatment so that each client’s unique needs may be met.

Rachel runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Sessions rates for Individuals & Families:

Clinical Psychology: $260.00 per appointment

Families: $260.00 per appointment

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can not attend. For cancellations under 24 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
