I have worked across NGO and government agencies providing assessment and intervention to individuals facing complex trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment and relational concerns, emotion regulation difficulties, as well as adjustment and stress management challenges. My approach is grounded in empathy and clinical expertise, with a genuine commitment to walking alongside individuals as they navigate complex and challenging experiences.
